RE: Agenda for the Commission Meeting to be held 20 October 2004.

NOTE:  Meeting will start with site visit at 5:30 instead of the regular 7 pm start time.  Meet at the Chabot easement on Butternut Lane.

    1. New Hampshire Association of Conservation Commissions—6 November—determination of attendance (Mike Barney will be unable to go because of scheduling conflict)
    2. NH Rivers Conference—13 March
    3. Possible meeting in Octobe/November with Steve Kahl, new Center for the Environment Director—Three possibilities are 8, 10, and 17th November. Which is best for the qroup?
    4. Setting schedule of Fall HCC meetings
      1. 20 October (Work on budget)—I will bring tentative budget to our meeting.
      2. 17 November
      3. 15 December (Work on annual report)
  4. Old Business
    1. Trail from Central School to Town Forest--Jacque
    2. Conservation Fund grants—Visit website at:
    3. Meeting with Selectboard about Pemi Fish and Game Club pit restoration
  5. New Business
    1.  Visit to Chabot Conservation Easement—Take Butternut Road towards the back of the property beyond the last house on the right.
    2. Organization of upstairs work area
    3. Examination of town specific maps—Bob Snelling will be attending our meeting to talk over some of the possible uses for those maps in the planning process.
    4. Trail work on Pilotte Property—Hopefully Reggie and I will have some positive results to report
